Will your DVD's play on any DVD Player?
We record our DVD SlideShows on DVD-R Discs, using the highest quality media. Our DVD's will play on more than 99% of all current DVD Players manufactured after the year 2000. Our DVD's will also play on any computer/laptop with a DVD drive. We do not use paper labels on our Disks. It is a known fact that paper labels if put on slightly "off center" will cause skipping and may even stop playing altogether. Our labels are printed directly onto the Disk surface for trouble free playback. How long will it take for my DVD SlideShow to be returned?
Unless you have placed a rush order, it will take a maximum of two weeks from the date that we receive your order. How many pictures can fit on a DVD?
Approximately 450 images can fit on a single DVD. If you see competitors advertising the ability to fit 1000 images on a DVD then they are not "High Quality". We use only high quality video rendering in all our shows. The maximum running time of our DVD's is one hour. Can you edit my pictures?
We can lighten or darken pictures to make them much more appealing. We can turn colour photos into black and white photos if you wish. We can also remove red-eye and crop your pictures at your request. Can you zoom in on certain photos or pan across a panoramic photo?
Definately. One of the trademarks of our production is our ability to add motion effects. All of our DVD SlideShows utilize zooming, panning and rotating along with dazzling transitions from picture to picture. How do I pick the music?
When selecting music, it is very important to think of the mood that you want to create. Song selection is critical because it is the background music that will ultimately create the emotions the viewers will feel. Remember to pick songs that best suit the content. At your request we can also recommend songs that have been popular and well received.Do I pick the picture order?
We highly recommend that you put your pictures and slides in the order that you want them viewed on the SlideShow. You can number them "very lightly" by using a pencil on the back of your photos. Digital pictures will be extracted form the cd that you send in the order that they are on the disk. Will I get my pictures back?
Of course! Once your pictures and slides have been scanned we will return them along with your DVD SlideShow. Whatever you send us, CD's, Slides, Pictures, Newspaper Clippings etc. will be returned in the condition it was received. Can you scan all of my non-digital photos?
You Bet! Because our scanning prices are so low, we strongly encourage our clients to send their original photos and allow us to scan them at the proper resolution, ensuring that their photos and images will look their absolute best. We can scan 35mm print photographs (up to 8"x10"), poloroid photographs, 35mm slides and 35mm negatives. We can also scan paper media, such as wedding invitations, newspaper clippings, wedding and graduation announcements, birth certificates, high school and college diplomas, birth announcements, marriage licenses, your children's artwork ... you name it we can do it!Do you offer professional photo restoration services?
We do NOT offer photo restoration services. If your photos have suffered severe damage, we strongly recommend that you consult a professional photo restoration company before submitting your photos for inclusion in our slideshow presentations. The overall final quality of your slideshow presentation is directly related to the original quality of the photos which are sent to us. We are not responsible for dissatisfaction with the final product as a result of unsatisfactory photographs. Are additional copies of my DVD SlideShow available?
